Story of DEAR PROJECT is a series of stories from each unit following up the game's main story, and is the basis of the 5th CD songs.

- Stories are uploaded on Pixiv FANBOX Room 19, and are available to supporters who subscribe for the Produce Support Group or Produce Promotion Group.
- Some chapters are voiced and are only available for Produce Promotion Group supporters.
- After talks voiced videos, "After the Moment" are only available in full lenghts for Produce Promotion Group supporters, while short versions are posted on the official Twitter.
- The official Twitter also releases the Prologue, Digests and Epilogue shortly after the release in Room 19.
- Fans are only allowed to share minimal spoilers on SNS and are not allowed to release the exclusive images released in the stories. Because of this, only Digest version will be posted on the Wikia.
- Each chapter has one or more special illustration by Ebila. Because of no redistribution policy, the Wikia will only describe what it is.
