RayGlanZ's leader. An aloof leader who aims for the top with overwhelming charisma and presence. He believes that improvement can only be achieved by subduing others. Even though his intimidating personality and his dislikes tends to start conflicts in his unit, the agency has strong expectations for him because of his excellent talent in performing. Touya is obsessed with becoming the top, and this has ignited a dark flame in his heart.

Touya appears as a tall and fairly muscular young man with dark purple hair that has a single hair strand hanging on the left side and burning red eyes.
Personality[]
Because of his intimidating appearance, Touya is a rather unfriendly person, shown in him first meeting the Producer. He generally keeps an assertive, but professional attitude, and doesn't always see eye-to-eye with Chihiro Usui, his group-mate, which oftentimes leads to arguments. He is distant with the other DearPro idols, seeing them as rivals for the number one spot in the ranking.

- Chihiro Usui - He acknowledges Chihiro for his will to never give up even though Chihiro is noisy and fails most of the time.
- Ango Kousaka - Thinks Ango is an inescapable opponent even though Ango is an excellent and obedient member.
- Sui Yanagawa - He's uncomfortable when Sui gets too close to him when Sui comes to see him in his class.
- Samon Nishikido - His classmate. The book that Touya was seen with in his initial 4* Memory Photo was borrowed by Samon before him.

Etymology[]
- The name Touya means "ten" (å) (tou) and "night" (å¤) (ya).
- Touya's surname Munakata means "religion, sect, denomination, main point, origin, essence" (å®) (muna) and "image, statue, picture, figure, portrait" (å) (kata).
- Munakata is taken from the Three Munakata Goddesses (å®åäø儳ē„, Munakata san jojin).
- In the mythology, Susano-o Mikoto (ē“ ęåå°, Susano-o Mikoto) went to bid his sister Amaterasu-Åmikami (天ē §å¤§ē„, Amaterasu-Åmikami) goodbye, however, Amaterasu doubted his intention; to prove his sincerity, Susano-o gave Amaterasu the Sword of Totsuka (åęå£, Totsuka-no-Tsurugi) which Amaterasu shattered and used to create the Three Munakata Goddesses from the sword's debris. The Three Munakata Goddesses were believed to be the sea goddesses.

- Touya's character-specific color is a light red with the hex code #e3593e, likely due to his eyes.
- Touya was initially scouted to became an idol and he refused, but later became interested in the entertainment industry.
- Touya can play the drums.
- Chihiro Usui calls Touya 'gorilla'.
- This was because he couldn't read the kanji in Touya's name.
- Touya is, as expected, good at all academic subjects. He doesn't want to waste more time on studying, so he listens to all school lectures obediently.
- Touya thinks of everyone in Dear Production as his rivals and does not wish to be familiar with them.
- Everyone in Touya's class (except Samon Nishikido) calls him 'Emperor'.
- Touya prefers silk pajamas to go to sleep and sometimes wears boxers too. He also uses aroma oils on his pillows, which are gifted from his fans.

Spoilers:
- His real name is Katsuragi Touya and he belongs to the Katsuragi household, led by the politician Katsuragi Shirou, and Touya's older brother, Katsuragi Akihito serves as his father's aide. Touya changed his last name to Munakata when Shirou and Touya's aunt made a deal when Touya was in middle school, in which Touya would stay in the Munakata household for three years and doing his idol activities, and that he would return to the Katsuragi household after he graduates from high school and from the entertainment indutsry. After proving to his father and brother that he is serious in being an idol, Touya's brother formally changed Touya's last name to Munakata as Touya leaves the Katsuragi household.
- For his birthday, Sui made a plaster statue with his back as the motif, and even replicated the mole positions.
