All voice actors in Readyyy! Project are rookie voice actors from huge voice acting agencies : Arts Vision, 81 Produce, Aoni Production, Ken Production, and Atomic Monkey, who all take part in this project.
Yasuda Shun and Bito Taiki both left Aoni Production on December 31st 2019 after 4 years being in the agency, and became freelancers.
Kuroki Haruto announced that he has retired from voice acting at the end of March inn a tweet he made on April 2nd 2024.

- Auditions for the project started on September 2017.
- In Round 1, 250 rookie voice actors auditioned, but only 50 passed.
- Round 2 was held on October 2017, and only 30 passed the round.
- Round 3 was held on November 2017, and the 18 voice actors were chosen by a surprise.
